How much time do I have to return items?
You have a total of 7 calendar days after the delivery date to return items.
The return period is over, can I still return my items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 calendar days.
The 7 day period starts on the day you receive your delivery.
Which items can I return?
Most of our items are returnable unless marked ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ due to hygiene reasons (like panties or bodysuits). Check product pages for details.
How do I pack my returns?
Please place the item(s) back in the original packaging if possible, or use a secure box. Items should be folded neatly with original tags.
Can I return different orders in one package?
No, each return must be packed separately with its respective return ID or order details so we can process it correctly.
My original package is damaged, what should I do when return an item(s)?
No worries! You can use any clean, secure packaging — just ensure the item is protected and include the order details inside
What address should I send returns to?
If you’ve opted for a self-shipped return, the return address will be provided during the return process or via email confirmation.
Should I write anything on the label or package?
Yes, please write your Order ID & Return ID clearly on the outer package to avoid any delays in processing.
How can I track my returns?
If you’re using our pickup service, you’ll get a tracking link once it’s picked up. If you’re self-shipping, use the tracking number from your courier service.
Will I be notified when you receive my return?
Absolutely! We’ll notify you via email or SMS once your return is received and approved.
When do I receive my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and quality checked.
Why is there a deduction on my refund?
If the item returned was used/damaged or didn’t meet return conditions, a partial refund may be issued. Return shipping charges may also be deducted if applicable.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Return pickups are free for the first return per order. For subsequent returns or re-pickups, a nominal fee may apply.
Can I directly get a replacement for the returned item?
Currently, we only offer returns and refunds, not direct exchanges. You can place a new order after returning your item.
My order has been returned without being delivered to me.
If the courier couldn’t deliver your package and it was returned to us, we’ll automatically initiate a refund or contact you to reattempt.
What if some of the items I received are damaged?
Please email us at support@staycandy.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll fix it ASAP.
I did not receive all items in my order.
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@staycandy.in with your order ID — we’ll sort it right away.
Can I return items purchased with a discount or coupon?
Yes, discounted items can be returned unless marked as Final Sale. Your refund will be adjusted based on the final paid amount.
Will my used coupon be re-credited if I return an item?
If you used a one-time coupon, it won’t be reissued. However, for other cases, we may reapply equivalent credits to your StayCandy account.
Can I change the delivery address and recipient name of my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes! Please contact us immediately via DM or at support@staycandy.in. Once dispatched, changes might not be possible.
Which shipping company will deliver my order?
We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others, depending on your pincode, to ensure timely and safe delivery
When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped
Are there delivery fees applicable?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1999. Standard shipping charges apply for COD or low-value orders and will be visible at checkout
My order has been shipped. I want to change my address.
Once shipped, we may not be able to change the address. However, do contact us — if it’s not too late, we’ll try to reroute it.
My order arrived when I was not at my address.
The delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You can also contact them using the tracking link to reschedule or leave instructions.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When accepting the order, check that the package is sealed and not tampered with. If you notice anything unusual, take photos and contact us immediately.
Are deliveries made on public holidays?
Deliveries may not be made on national holidays and Sundays, depending on the courier service in your area.
At what time will the item I bought be delivered?
Delivery time slots are not fixed, but most deliveries occur between 9 AM – 7 PM. You can check your tracking link for more details
Where Is my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order under ‘My Orders’ in your StayCandy account.
Which countries do you deliver to?
