At StayCandy, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not in love with your purchase, don’t worry — we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
We want you to feel good in every StayCandy piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, directly from the “Orders” section in your My Account page — no emails or calls needed!
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
⚠️ We do not accept returns on innerwear, accessories, or customized pieces due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some hygiene-related items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process
- Go to My Account → Orders → Click “Return” next to the item.
- Choose your reason for return.
- Follow the instructions to pack and ship the item.
📦 Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Eligibility Exceptions
Non-returnable items include:
- Intimate wear or sanitary clothing (like panties, shapewear)
- Gift cards or coupons
- Products bought under clearance or final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
💡 Refunds will exclude shipping charges and a ₹50 return handling fee (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, and if it’s been more than 10 days, please contact us at support@staycandy.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please request a return and place a new order for the preferred item.
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Wrong product or size shipped by mistake
To request an exchange, email us at support@staycandy.com with your order ID and photos of the item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
If your item was a gift and marked as such during purchase:
You’ll receive a gift credit (coupon) once the return is received and approved.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
Go to My Account → Orders → Click “Return” next to the item.
Choose your reason for return.
Follow the instructions to pack and ship the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
